About The InfoNexus

The InfoNexus is a global knowledge platform publishing long-form, citation-grounded explanations across science, technology, finance, health, law, and the humanities. Every article is written by a named editor and, where it concerns medical, legal, or financial decisions, is reviewed by a subject-matter specialist with relevant credentials.

Who we are

The InfoNexus was founded in 2024 by Hosang Kwon. Editorial operations are led by an in-house team of 35 editors and contributing specialists spanning clinical medicine, law, taxation, financial planning, engineering, the physical and life sciences, and the humanities. The full team is listed on the Editorial Team page; each editor maintains a profile listing credentials, areas of expertise, and categories they cover.

Editorial process

Articles follow a structured workflow:

Briefing. The category editor scopes the article against primary sources — peer-reviewed literature, statutes and regulations, official agency guidance, and recognized standard references.
Drafting. The assigned editor (named in the article byline) writes the article, citing concrete figures, dates, and the underlying authority for factual claims.
Subject-matter review.Articles classified as YMYL (medical, legal, or financial) are additionally reviewed by a credentialed reviewer — an MD for medical content, a JD-credentialed attorney for legal content, and a CFP®, CFA, or CPA for financial content. The reviewer’s name appears on the article.
Copy edit and publish. A copy editor checks for clarity, internal consistency, and citation form. Articles are timestamped on publication and re-timestamped on substantive update.
Correction policy. Verified factual errors are corrected within seven days of confirmation. Substantive corrections add a note at the foot of the article and update the dateModified field.

YMYL policy

For topics that can affect a reader’s health, legal standing, or financial wellbeing, we apply additional safeguards. Medical articles are reviewed by an MD, legal articles by a JD-credentialed attorney, and financial articles by a CFP®, CFA, or CPA. Each YMYL article carries an explicit disclaimer that the content is educational and not a substitute for personalised professional advice.

The InfoNexus is independently owned and funded by display advertising served through Google AdSense. We do not publish sponsored articles, do not accept payment to cover specific topics, and do not allow advertisers to influence editorial selection. Editors do not see which ads will appear alongside their articles before publication.
